Good Morning Greta & Co.,
My wife and I want to hug and kiss you!
On our cruise home from a service center, we couldn’t plane or even get out speed up over 11 knots.   At wits end, we had you, A1, come out and clean our hull and running gear in hopes that would at least partially help restore our performance.  Nervously, we took a sunset cruise yesterday and felt the difference even before we got into open water.  Once out on Terra Ceia Bay, we quickly popped out of the hole and got up on plane, and exceeded 20 knots which is higher than our normal cruising speed, and I wasn’t even full throttle!  I still can’t believe that barnacles and algae and mussels could affect the performance that much.  I never got so much enjoyment playing with the trim tabs!  LOL
We also appreciate the full report with description of the condition of our boat below the water line.  It was very informative. 
We will certainly highly recommend your services to anyone in need of hull cleaning, detailing, etc.

Yes, we're moving our boat north to Michigan!  A Captain will be bringing the vessel up for us.
Please feel free to use me as a reference for your service.  I will also let Galati's and my salesman there, know what a great service you provide.  You will be the first call when we return, although it may not be to Anna Maria......still looking for a 'permanent port' along the Gulf.
Even though we never met, you've been wonderful to work with.  I want to compliment you on the report with each invoice.  They've been very helpful and comforting, just knowing that someone else was taking care of our boat, as if it were their own.
